Optional Boat Trip

OH WELL....

Not enough people seemed to be interested in the boat ride to book a private one. If you had your heart set on a Lake Atitlán boat ride, don't fret: it should be easy enough to catch one from Panajachel. There are all sorts of boats for cruisin' the lake with which you can hitch a ride without prior reservations. Just go to the shoreline ("beach") in Pana and inquire at one or two of the boats (and don't be afraid to barter...).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you interested in taking a catamaran ride around Lake Atitlán on Saturday (August 30) morning? The trip cost $13.50 USD per person. The boat will be leaving from the Hotel Atitlán's dock. We can reserve the catamaran if more than 30 people are interested.

Please respond to the poll on the left so we can determine whether or not to reserve the trip!

We will post more information in a few days.

Wedding Details

Transportation:
Thusday, August 28, 2008- On Thursday, August 28 there will be van pooling from Zone 10 "Zona Viva" to the Welcome Party. If you are interested, please tell us which hotel you are staying at so we can plan a route to Alicia's house, located at:
Calle Principal, Lote 3B
Residencial Bellas Luces
Santa Catarina Pinula, Zona 9
Guatemala.
If you plan on arranging travel on your own, please make sure you take 20 Calle to Santa Catarina Pinula.

Friday, August 29, 2008 & Sunday, August 31, 2008- It takes 3.5 hrs to travel back to and from Panajachel to Guatemala City. If you are planning on departing Sunday (August 31) and your flight leaves before 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM, you need to find other means of transportation since our bus won't arrive in Guatemala City until about 3:30PM-4:00PM.

Registry:
Your presence at our celebration is the greatest and only gift we could ask and hope for. However, if you feel compelled to gift, we are registered at Target for convenience.
